Job Summary
To support rapid growth, the full-time Senior Sales Manager will lead and coach a team of Account Executives in a remote environment, focusing on new logo acquisition, building outbound sales processes, and ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and coaching a team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations and providing necessary resources for success
- Building and strengthening outbound prospecting efforts and maintaining consistent pipeline coverage
- Monitoring forecasting accuracy and conversion metrics, intervening early when pipeline coverage appears weak
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience managing Account Executives in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Track record of establishing effective outbound pipeline processes
- Strong forecasting discipline with a history of meeting sales quotas
- Experience in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth in enterprise sales
