Job Summary

Leading a team of account and sales development representatives, the full-time remote Senior Sales Manager will drive the growth of the Large Pro book of business by overseeing pipeline management, setting sales goals, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow the Large Pro book of business by leading the sales team to acquire new Corporate partners
  • Oversee the team's pipeline management efforts and track performance against business goals
  • Develop training programs for sales representatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of customer-facing sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding targets
  • Experience managing deal sizes ranging from $100,000 - $1,000,000 in ARR
  • Strong coaching and talent development skills
  • Operationally rigorous with experience in pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
