Job Summary

Managing a team of Sales Executives, the full-time Senior Sales Manager will drive new business sales growth in the Energy and Transportation sectors, develop sales strategies, and engage in territory planning while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations
  • Engage with C-level executives to build relationships and close sales opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in integrating AI into business processes and decision-making
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success, particularly at the C Level
  • Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
