Job Summary

Leading a team of sales professionals, the remote Senior Sales Manager will train, coach, and manage account executives focused on acquiring new customers in the Enterprise segment while driving team performance and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a team of account executives to meet sales quotas and foster a winning culture
  • Oversee pipeline management and forecasting using tools like Salesforce and Gong, while analyzing sales data for trends and opportunities
  • Develop and coach team members on critical sales skills, lead regular meetings, and participate in strategy discussions
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of sales management experience, including 2+ years in people management at a B2B SaaS organization
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in Enterprise sales
  • Experience in full cycle or closing roles within SaaS sales
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management and proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach
  • Demonstrated coaching abilities and a passion for developing team talent in sales methodologies
