A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) Debt Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-value sales cycles within the debt purchase and collections space, focusing on large banks and financial institutions
• Manage the entire sales process from pipeline generation to deal closure
• Identify and develop relationships with high-potential banking partners across Germany

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or debt collections
• Solid understanding of the German debt collection regulatory landscape and banking sector dynamics
• Established relationships within the Banking industry, particularly with sellers of NPL portfolios
• Ability to engage C-level executives and navigate complex decision-making processes
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
