Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Extended Stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of extended stay business through sales efforts and market research
  • Develop relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and relocation companies
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to client needs and market demands
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the Hospitality sector, preferably in corporate housing or extended stay markets
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool required
  • Current knowledge of the travel and relocation industry and market trends
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
