Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Extended Stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of extended stay business through sales efforts and market research
- Develop relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and relocation companies
- Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to client needs and market demands
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the Hospitality sector, preferably in corporate housing or extended stay markets
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool required
- Current knowledge of the travel and relocation industry and market trends
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
