Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 Account Executives to maximize growth in the B2B Enterprise segment of Public Sector
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies utilizing market intelligence and customer insights to capture new business opportunities
- Drive talent acquisition and development strategies to build a high-performing sales organization
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and sales/marketing automation tools
- Experience in hiring and leading sales or account management teams
