A company is looking for a Sr Sales Manager, Government, PubSec GOV - State & Local.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 10-12 Account Executives to maximize growth in the B2B Enterprise segment of Public Sector
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies utilizing market intelligence and customer insights to capture new business opportunities
  • Drive talent acquisition and development strategies to build a high-performing sales organization


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and sales/marketing automation tools
  • Experience in hiring and leading sales or account management teams
