Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Senior Sales Manager, Healthcare will drive growth targets for healthcare prospects and customers while establishing C-level relationships and monitoring market trends in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team to achieve quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
- Coach team members on sales processes and key activity metrics
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare executives and foundations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet quotas and sales objectives
- Strong coaching skills and knowledge of sales methodologies
- Experience in the healthcare philanthropy industry is a plus
