Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Enterprise - Nonprofit Organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
  • Attract, retain, and coach a high-performing sales team while establishing C-level relationships with strategic customers
  • Monitor market trends and assist in territory planning by identifying opportunities and challenges for accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software or SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling
  • 1+ years of sales management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quotas in a commercial setting
  • Experience in the nonprofit industry is a plus
