Job Summary

Leading a team of Strategic Account Executives, the full-time Senior Sales Manager, Nonprofits will drive growth across complex nonprofit organizations, develop executive relationships, and coach sales professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
  • Coach sales professionals through complex, consultative sales motions involving multiple decision-makers
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic nonprofit organizations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
  • 10+ years of successful SaaS sales experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams targeting senior executives
  • Expertise in strategic account planning and enterprise opportunity management
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred
