Job Summary
Leading a team of Strategic Account Executives, the full-time Senior Sales Manager, Nonprofits will drive growth across complex nonprofit organizations, develop executive relationships, and coach sales professionals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
- Coach sales professionals through complex, consultative sales motions involving multiple decision-makers
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic nonprofit organizations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
- 10+ years of successful SaaS sales experience managing complex sales cycles
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams targeting senior executives
- Expertise in strategic account planning and enterprise opportunity management
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred
