Job Summary

Managing a team of sales professionals, the full-time Senior Sales Manager - North Carolina will set strategic direction, achieve revenue objectives, and develop talent while primarily working remotely in the higher education and state government sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Builds targeted business plans and strategies to drive sales activities and achieve margin
  • Develops and manages account plans that align with corporate strategy to meet revenue goals
  • Coaches and assesses sales team performance to ensure excellence and support individual development
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Technology Sales with a focus on sales management
  • Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets strongly preferred
  • Proven networking sales experience
  • Must reside in the Southeastern USA for consideration
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage pipelines effectively
