Job Summary
Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time Senior Sales Manager - Southeast will manage sales strategies and account planning for the higher education and state government sectors, primarily working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Builds targeted business plans and allocates resources to drive sales activities and achieve revenue goals
- Develops and manages strategic sales plans aligned with corporate strategy to enhance market share and profitability
- Coaches and assesses team performance, fostering talent development and effective selling techniques
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Sales, with a strong focus on networking sales
- Direct sales management experience is required
- Experience in SLED (State, Local, Education) markets strongly preferred
- Must reside in the Southeastern USA for consideration
- Proven ability to build executive relationships and manage complex sales negotiations
