Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Onboarding, Sr. Manager responsible for designing and developing new hire field enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with field and business leaders to gather onboarding requirements and develop a comprehensive enablement strategy
  • Design learning experiences and collaborate with subject-matter experts to create onboarding content
  • Define KPIs for program effectiveness and manage the execution of enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in developing onboarding solutions for sales in a technology company
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and enterprise selling skills
  • Experience collaborating with sales to identify learning needs
  • Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
