Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Sales Operations Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analyses of business performance and deliver insights and recommendations
  • Create and propose sales performance strategies and identify market potential
  • Support GTM planning through capacity planning, productivity review, and quota design
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in an analytical role such as Sales Strategy, Consulting, Banking, or Private Equity
  • B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
  • Preferred MS/MBA and/or CFA or progression towards designation
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; preferred experience with Databricks, SQL/R
  • Extensive track record of building high-quality and complex models and presentations
