Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst- Shockwave (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data, generate conclusions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
• Own key commercial operations initiatives including compensation, quota, and business planning
• Support sales and commercial operations teams by collecting and organizing data to drive decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/technical field; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical functions
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Familiarity with data analysis using Python, R, or SQL is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
