Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable datasets using GitLab and implement data validation pipelines
• Transform raw data into analytical datasets and create insightful dashboards using SQL and Tableau
• Support sales planning initiatives, including quota deployment and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales planning, or related data-driven roles
• Proven track record in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting
• Experience in translating complex data into actionable strategies for sales teams and executives
• Familiarity with modern sales tech tools, including Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft
• Strong foundation in building datasets and reporting pipelines, with proficiency in SQL and Tableau
