Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate reports and dashboards from various data sources to support sales leadership and agency teams
• Maintain and audit producer and agency agreements, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Monitor state-specific insurance regulations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or compliance within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of NIPR systems and producer licensing processes
• Experience with agency management and producer lifecycle tracking
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, BI tools, or CRM/reporting platforms
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
