Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant to PS Executive Leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and presenting formal reports
• Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting motion for PS bookings and revenue, including detailed variance analysis
• Identify systems/reporting improvements and manage processes in collaboration with senior management

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in business operations, FP&A, or analytics, preferably in a Professional Services or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights to senior and executive stakeholders
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce (SFDC); experience with Monday.com or similar tools is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to architect dashboards and data modeling in Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
