Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and advise on improvements in the sales process, data cleanliness, and systems to boost productivity
• Manage and improve processes within the sales technology tool stack
• Collaborate with teams to develop resources for tracking key performance indicators and sales health metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales/Customer operations or an analytical role
• Mastery of Salesforce and MS Excel; knowledge of Tableau or Looker is a plus
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Data mindset with a passion for data-backed decision making
• BS/BA in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
