Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting for sales leadership
• Frame analytical questions, identify data sources, and complete analysis with minimal direction
• Analyze territory and account performance to support coverage decisions and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or a related analytical role
• Experience supporting forecasting, performance reporting, and sales productivity in a complex environment preferred
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance data preferred
