Job Summary

Analyzing revenue performance and sales metrics, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will build and maintain dashboards, conduct pipeline and pricing analysis, and develop executive reporting to support sales leadership and drive growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain pipelines, funnels, and forecast dashboards while analyzing sales performance metrics
  • Conduct pricing and contract performance analysis, supporting renewal forecasting and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring alignment between GTM metrics and financial reporting
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with SQL preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to both frontline teams and executive leadership
