Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst will create reports and dashboards, manage sales force alignments, and handle large relational data to support sales and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Creates reports and dashboards of sales force performance and call metrics for Sales and Marketing teams
- Develops and implements sales force alignments, call plan targeting, and segmentation for assigned field sales forces
- Manages large relational data for reporting purposes and serves as the central point of contact for data and analytic requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred, with 1-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or SQL, along with familiarity with syndicated and internal data sources
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and strategic analysis, with high proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of statistics and ability to calculate standard performance metrics and create visualizations
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
