Job Summary
To drive revenue performance across the organization, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the primary analytics partner for sales leadership, focusing on pipeline analytics, pricing and contract performance, and executive reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain pipelines, funnels, and forecast dashboards while analyzing sales funnel conversion and productivity metrics
- Analyze pricing realization and contract performance, tracking renewal forecasting and identifying upselling opportunities
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring alignment between GTM metrics and financial reporting
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficiency in BI and dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with SQL preferred
- Experience analyzing pipeline, funnel conversion, and customer cohorts
