Job Summary
Owning project-level workstreams in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner with Sales Operations leaders and Account Executives to streamline processes, enhance sales effectiveness, and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project-level workstreams to enable the Enterprise Sales team to operate more efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and propose solutions that enhance sales processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights and recommendations for sales leadership
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with sales technology ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal guidance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business, finance, economics, or engineering
