Job Summary
Driving key operational projects within the enterprise sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will own project objectives, enforce sales processes, and implement solutions to complex issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own project objectives and milestones, managing smaller-scope projects or complex cross-functional workstreams end-to-end
- Enforce sales processes and policies, recommending improvements for on-time, high-quality work across the team
- Devise and implement new solutions to solve complex project-level issues, including improvements and UAT for tools like Salesforce and Zendesk
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or an equivalent analytical/operational role
- Demonstrated ability to own project objectives with minimal guidance
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, capable of delivering clear work-back plans
- Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
