Job Summary
Supporting global commercial sales teams, the remote Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst will manage operational requests, drive process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to enable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational requests from commercial sales teams, including territory management and account assignments
- Build and implement scalable processes for commercial teams and document standard operating procedures
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and maintain Salesforce dashboards to ensure data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or strategy & operations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
- Self-starter with strong project management capabilities
