Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will facilitate compensation plan creation, analyze sales data for effectiveness, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly compensation processing and reporting for sales teams
- Facilitate the creation and administration of compensation plans
- Analyze sales data to recommend improvements to compensation structures
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
- Expertise in designing and managing compensation plans
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Anaplan
- Proven ability in change management and influencing complex decisions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with sales teams
