Job Summary

Owning the Sales Revenue Operations function, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce data integrity, drive pipeline forecasting, and oversee administrative partner onboarding to enhance ecoATM's sales and retail partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the internal product owner of Salesforce, ensuring rigorous data hygiene and maintaining accounts, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Own the weekly pipeline forecast process, validating forecasts and surfacing risks to improve accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Manage the end-to-end administrative onboarding of new retail and mall partners, ensuring system readiness and documentation compliance
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field, preferably in a retail or kiosk environment
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including data hygiene, reporting, and CRM administration
  • Proven ability to improve processes by identifying root causes and developing scalable solutions
  • Strong cross-functional credibility with the ability to influence without authority
  • Exceptional written communication skills, capable of distilling complex operational details into clear updates for leadership
