Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will lead the development of sales reporting and analytics, manage the Salesforce CRM roadmap, and influence cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve commission/sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Own the Salesforce CRM roadmap, ensuring data integrity and driving the adoption of new tools
- Identify trends and deliver insights that inform business performance and operational strategies
Required qualifications
- A degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related business discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a global sales operations environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and strong command of data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Python)
- Curiosity for business performance drivers and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
