Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Operations Business Partners, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Director will drive forecast accuracy, operational discipline, and revenue growth while serving as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Business Partners while establishing consistent operating models and methodologies
  • Drive revenue predictability and forecast excellence through effective pipeline management and executive forecast reviews
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, translating business objectives into actionable plans and providing insights on performance and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in high-growth or transformation environments
  • Experience supporting global enterprise software or technology sales organizations
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies
