Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales/GTM Operations with knowledge of sales processes and compensation
• Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Business Intelligence tools
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix environment
