Senior Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales & Operational Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the demand & supply planning model, iterating on assumptions and analysis
• Drive cross-functional alignment around forecasts and oversee production & inbound plans across multiple manufacturers and distribution centers
• Optimize inventory positions and lead the weekly inventory planning process, collaborating with Procurement and Supply Chain

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, demand planning, or related roles
• Expertise in demand planning tools and inventory management systems
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience in leading cross-functional planning in fast-paced environments
• Degree in Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field is a plus
