Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager (BDR) to lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of their Business Development Representative program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale the BDR program by designing and executing the operating model, capacity planning, and process changes
  • Forecast BDR-sourced pipeline with a 5% accuracy using a data-driven framework
  • Improve outbound funnel conversion rates by identifying bottlenecks and leading cross-functional initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years in Sales Operations or related Revenue Operations roles
  • Deep experience with BDR and Sales Development in high-growth B2B environments
  • Proven experience in integrated sales and marketing operations, including ABM and Demand Generation
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms and leveraging automation for productivity
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on funnel optimization and cross-functional project leadership
