Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership and enhance sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for revenue growth
  • Define and operationalize core sales metrics such as pipeline health and conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning complex projects from conception to completion
  • Expert-level skills in sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Experience as the primary owner of Sales Ops systems and processes
  • Deep mastery of Salesforce and experience with sales engagement platforms
