Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager - GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead optimization of end-to-end sales processes and identify systemic friction in the sales funnel
  • Manage day-to-day operations of GTM systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution
  • Oversee change management initiatives, including training and communication strategies to drive system adoption


Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment
  • Strong background in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process design
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com and experience with Outreach and Gong
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms and AI-enabled sales tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in leading systems-driven change management initiatives
