Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical "Lead-to-Sales" flow and ensure accurate lead routing and scoring in HubSpot
- Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, leading onboarding and training for HubSpot CRM
- Build and maintain scorecards and dashboards for accountability while identifying and automating solutions to improve sales productivity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Marketing Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including building complex workflows
- Proven experience managing CRM migrations and building complex GTM stacks
- Expert-level analytical skills to audit data and track conversion rates
- A self-starter with an ownership mindset who can identify and resolve operational bottlenecks independently
