Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager (Hubspot).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical "Lead-to-Sales" flow in HubSpot, ensuring proper lead routing and scoring
- Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, leading onboarding and training for HubSpot CRM
- Build and maintain scorecards and dashboards for accountability, enforcing data standards for accurate reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Operations or Marketing Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with experience in building complex workflows
- Proven experience managing CRM migrations or building complex GTM stacks
- Expert-level ability to audit data and translate technical insights into actionable sales strategies
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, capable of identifying and fixing operational bottlenecks independently
