Job Summary

Senior Sales Operations Manager is a full-time position responsible for executing a comprehensive sales operating model, managing pipeline processes, and driving Salesforce adoption within a $620M commercial business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own execution of the 14-pillar sales operating model across the North America commercial organization
  • Drive Salesforce adoption, data quality, and hygiene for all North America sellers and sales leaders
  • Partner with front-line managers to embed coaching, pipeline discipline, and accountability into their operating rhythm
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive sales background with experience as both an individual contributor and a sales leader
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a hybrid sales/ops leadership role in a B2B commercial environment
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency with the ability to connect data to strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to take large datasets and create a compelling story that drives field action
  • Experience managing pipeline cadence, deal inspection, and coaching processes
