Job Summary
To enhance the go-to-market engine, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Manager will manage the lead routing strategy, optimize sales tools, and ensure data integrity while leveraging AI for automation and streamlining processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows using AI and other tools
- Oversee lead routing strategy and execution, including configuration and management of relevant tools
- Administer and optimize core sales tools, ensuring data integrity and supporting territory planning and forecasting
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level preferred), LeanData, and Outreach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and interpret data
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments is preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and drive solutions independently
