Job Summary

To support the Sales organization, the full-time Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager will own Salesforce data integrity, manage forecasting processes, and administer sales compensation plans in a remote role across the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Salesforce data layer, ensuring accuracy and hygiene for Sales reporting and pipeline integrity
  • Oversee the sales forecasting process, preparing materials and validating data for leadership discussions
  • Administer sales compensation plans, including quota assignments, payout calculations, and communication of compensation details
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and compensation administration
  • Proven track record in managing forecasting processes and delivering reliable data to leadership
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with downstream data systems and compensation administration platforms is a plus
