Job Summary
Focused on enhancing revenue operations, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Manager will manage pipeline intelligence, develop AI-native workflows, and drive actionable insights across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own pipeline and forecast intelligence, building frameworks for visibility and data-driven decision making
- Develop AI-native workflows to automate reporting and improve operational efficiency across the GTM organization
- Translate data into executive-ready recommendations, facilitating structured analysis that drives strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related analytics-heavy role in a B2B SaaS or platform business
- Demonstrated experience building with AI tools through personal projects or workflows
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting structures and pipeline management
- Proficiency in building GTM models and automating processes for repeatability
- Ability to operate in fast-changing environments with imperfect data
