Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Manager will manage analyses, reporting, and processes related to pipeline management, deal advisory, and territory management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Report on results, forecasts, and trends through dashboards and presentations to regional teams and leadership
- Develop KPI reporting and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for sales operations
Required qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 10-12 years of related experience in Sales Operations or similar fields
- Experience in SaaS or recurring customer subscription model companies
- Proficiency with CRM software, BI tools, and Google applications
- Strong background in data management and visualization techniques
