Job Summary
To support ARMRA's expanding retail operations, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Manager will manage daily retail processes, ensure compliance and accuracy, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and streamline daily retail operations processes, including item setup and compliance documentation
- Collect and analyze syndicated and retailer data to build dashboards and reporting tools that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Finance to evaluate trade spend and promotional effectiveness, providing insights for improved strategies
Required qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), particularly in Retail Operations or Category Management
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools such as SPINS, Nielsen, and IRI
- Experience in ready-to-drink (RTD) or wellness categories is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to build reporting systems that enhance visibility into performance
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in high-growth environments
