Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Manager will partner with divisional leadership to shape sales strategy, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decisions in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with AMER leadership, ensuring alignment with global objectives
- Collaborate with analytics teams to create dashboards and monitor key SaaS metrics for actionable insights
- Administer the sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity and evaluating new technologies to enhance seller productivity
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, with admin-level experience preferred
- Proficiency in building executive-level reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quota setting and territory planning
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
