Job Summary

Driving sales efficiency and process improvement, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Manager will manage key cross-functional sales support processes, optimize the tech stack, and enhance productivity for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes and systems to improve productivity and visibility
  • Oversee territory planning and strategic account allocation for sales representatives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance RFP responses and manage Bid Desk operations
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, or Business Process Engineering
  • Proven success in designing and implementing sales processes and GTM systems, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Experience managing operations across multiple global offices is highly desirable
  • Strong project management capabilities and financial acumen
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
