Senior Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of partner sales operations, the remote Senior Sales Operations Manager will build and manage new sales verticals, develop programs to meet sales targets, and lead a growing team while piloting new sales initiatives independently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales plans to achieve targets for new verticals beyond the existing eCommerce brand portfolio
• Evaluate costs and manage unit economics for new sales initiatives, ensuring profitability and sustainability
• Coach and mentor the partner sales team to enhance career development and drive sales performance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or E-commerce
• 3+ years in a leadership role, such as Sales or Marketing Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Advertising, or Marketing
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office, GSuite, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish and mentor sales representatives
