Senior Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager, the successful candidate will own operational execution within Sales and Customer Success, focusing on identifying workflow inefficiencies, managing onboarding processes, and improving customer success operations to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage territory transfers and sales data hygiene while partnering with Finance and Sales leadership on discounting and deal configurations
• Define and oversee onboarding lifecycle requirements and establish a consistent handoff process from sales to onboarding
• Develop performance reports and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or customer success operations
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to convert needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Proficiency in Salesforce, OutReach, and Gong, with the ability to build reports and pull data
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff
