Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales and client success processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the RFP and RFI planning, execution, and management of internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee sales pipeline management and Salesforce reporting to enhance strategic engagement
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analyze key performance metrics for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, with knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in training teams on its use
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
