Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales and client success processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the RFP and RFI planning, execution, and management of internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee sales pipeline management and Salesforce reporting to enhance strategic engagement
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analyze key performance metrics for improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, with knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in training teams on its use
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
