Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Account Management and coordinate meetings
- Track deliverables for key projects and develop new standard operating procedures to close process gaps
- Manage Salesforce pipelines and assist with sales reports and communication across teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B sales or sales support experience
- Strong ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Proficient in data management tools, including Excel and Salesforce
- Experience in developing and improving administrative systems
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
