Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to provide support for sales teams and manage sales data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Account Management and coordinate meetings
  • Track deliverables for key projects and develop new standard operating procedures to close process gaps
  • Manage Salesforce pipelines and assist with sales reports and communication across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B sales or sales support experience
  • Strong ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • Proficient in data management tools, including Excel and Salesforce
  • Experience in developing and improving administrative systems
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
