Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity within their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM data hygiene and governance efforts, ensuring accurate and accessible records
- Drive improvements in CRM, automation, and AI to enhance seller productivity and data quality
- Build reporting and insights to support pipeline visibility and operational KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role focused on systems and processes
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience, including configuration and reporting
- 1 to 3 years of experience using AI tools for automating go-to-market tasks
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI
